POGGIONE “WINERY” – A “TUSCAN EXPERIENCE”
The Poggione winery is a small boutique winery created by vigneron Riccardo Casamonti, with the dream of giving new life to a way of conceiving wine that characterized the history of Tuscany until mid-nineties, and with the aim of recovering everything that was beginning to disappear at that time: century-old planta, varieties of native grapes and traditional wines.
The “Tuscan Experience” is a unique experience which offers the possibility of discovering the traditional face of Tuscany, through History, Nature and Taste.
THE PROGRAM:
– Visit to the ancient Castle of Tignano (XII century), the place where our history and our stories begin.
– Visit to our centenary vineyard, the lost face of Tuscany.
– Visit to our fruit cellar, as well as a small family museum, a precious treasure chest that contains our roots.
– Visit to our small cellar, the artisan shop where our wines are born.

Exclusive tasting in a traditional villa, with chef Simona Quirici, chef Enrico Provenzani and the winemaker (owner of the winery) Riccardo Casamonti. The Lunch includes the tasting of the four wines of the Poggione winery, with special courses designed and created by the chefs exclusive for the guests of Villa Fillinelle
