We will teach you to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes: appetizers that use ingredients that are characteristic of our cuisine, like crostini, and real bruschetta, which is made with kale; two or three main courses, made with home-made pasta such as tagliatelle, lasagne, gnocchi or ravioli; famous Chianti soups like ribollita or pappa al Pomodoro, which are made with bread; mouth-watering second courses that we can plan together; our typical side dishes, which can include Tuscan beans, eggplant, cabbage, and more; and, last but not least, special Italian desserts like our exquisite tiramisu, frangipane, and biscotti di Prato.

The food is served with select Montalcino or Chianti wines from amazing cellars that you can visit afterwards.
